OVERSPEED IN ACTION Notice at the point of release how
the athlete shoots past, compared to the athlete in the background. You
will notice an initial burst upon release, followed by a period of lengthened
stride and speed similar to running downhill. Soon your body will become
used to this increased speed and you will be able to hit these bursts unassisted.
