Speed & Agility Ladders can be used indoors or outdoors for versatile and fun agility workouts. Develop foot quickness and gain agility and coordination. Each ladder has 10 rungs spaced 18 apart for a total length of 15'. Rungs are flat plastic for rigidity and no-roll safety. Includes 12 exercises for building foot speed, rhythm, reflexes, and in-motion body awareness.
The Mohawk Trail Regional High School Field Hockey team has now incorporated JumpUSA Agility Ladder training into their practices twice a week and loving it. The agility ladders are easily set up, rotated on the field (to prevent wear spots on the grass), picked up and put away.

I purchased the Agility Ladders for my Navy SEAL husband and three sons for Christmas. They enjoy mixing up their workouts and the ladder is very popular with them.
