Ground Sleeve 8679 only (included with pole, but useful
for relocating hoop)
- For 3.5 in. round pole
- 8679 has two pieces - One plastic piece that goes into the ground. Pole is put in with the second plastic collar of the 8679. Tighten this collar around the pole until secure.
- For this installation, you will have to dig a 24 in. X 24 in. hole but the sleeve will only sit in the hole between 14 in.-15 in.. Underneath it will be about 10 in. of concrete. The sleeve itself is 3 1/2 in. in diameter and about 14 in. in length.
