I am amazed at these Indian Clubs. I am learning how to use them and find it meditative and healing. The effects on strengthening; concentration; and overall sense of well being in a short period of time is wonderful. I had a friend who was a former Peace Corps volunteer comrade who showed them to me for the first time. It is the best exercise equipment I have ever invested in. The transportability is a big plus. They also are beautifully made for a life time and more to come.

Worth their money in gold! What I spent on these indian clubs helped me more than the $7k MRI that did nothing. I injured my rotator cuff about a year ago. Been living with pain since.
