The
HOT-SHOT
The HOT
SHOT™ is a quality training device for the serious athlete. Originally
this type of training aid was developed by Ken Mahoney and Coach Fred
(Tex) Winter (longest active coach in the history of Basketball). It
was first used to help teach college post players basic fundamentals of
foot work when receiving a pass. The concept was quickly adapted to all
player positions at all levels of the game. The Hot Shot™ is ideal for
young players that want to improve their skills in passing, catching,
shooting, foot work, rebounding, timing, and other basic skills
required to compete in today’s modern game of basketball.
