U.S. forms of payment accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal, Checks, and Money Orders

Shipping Disputes: Credits will not be made to customer accounts until the carrier completes the dispute investigation.

Customers will be charged a $10 correction fee if the customer needs to correct a delivery address prior to the carrier delivering the package. (We are passing on the cost we get charged.)

If products are sent back to JUMPUSA.com as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return and any reshipping costs if customer still wants product.

International Shipping and Orders

We apologize but we do not ship to Africa, Belgium, countries from the former Soviet Republic, Mexico, the Middle East, Philippines or South America at this time. Delivery is very unpredictable.

JUMPUSA.com will not ship nutritional supplements outside of the United States.

Please note: there will be duty charges and UPS brokerage charges when the item arrives in your country. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the package is returned to us.

Also, international orders may be delayed due to increased verification time. All foreign orders (except through fulfillment programs) have to pay a brokerage/import tax upon delivery, which can be up to or around half the cost of the freight.

Order Placement: Our normal business operating hours are Monday through Friday 9:30AM - 4:30PM PST. Daily shipping cutoff is 1:30PM PST Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1:30PM PST will ship out the following business day. Saturday and Sunday are not operating business days. Orders placed after 1:30PM PST on Friday and all weekend orders, will ship out the following Monday. (NOTE: These time frames exclude all drop ship orders.)
