Returns Policy

Jumpsoles and Proprioceptors have a 1 Year Money Back Guarantee.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by JumpUSA.com within 30 days of delivery. All returns must include all manuals/instruction sheets, original packaging of the product, CD/DVD's and must appear in new/unused condition in order for us to consider issuing a full refund. DVD returns are only accepted on unopened packaging. Exchanges for faulty/defective DVD's will only be replaced with the exact same item, NOT a refund. All apparel items must appear unworn and unused. Apparel items also must have any tags(if applicable) that were attached returned as well. Initial shipping costs are paid to the shipper and are not refundable. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Restocking fees - in the case of a larger item, such as a basketball hoop or a foosball table - where a freight truck is needed to deliver it to you - the restocking fees may amount to the shipping cost to send it to you plus an additional 10% of the order in some cases.  This is normally the case if the item is marked as "shipping included" - meaning the shipping price is already calculated in the total price.

The best thing to do is contact us to make sure you are sending it to the right address so the restocking, if needed, is minimal.   Please note that some items may ship from alternate warehouses due to time or location variables - returning it to the wrong warehouse may incur a restocking fee.

To delete your name from the JumpUSA email mailing list, contact us with "remove email" as subject. To request to have your name removed from the catalogue mailing list, simply contact us with "remove catalog" as subject. Please provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. We appreciate your patience as it may take up to six to eight weeks to process your request from the date of receipt. When you make subsequent purchases at JumpUSA, you may provide contact information for customer service only and request that your name not be forwarded to either mailing list.
