Increases your running speed and acceleration. With elastic resistance, the Accelerator provides a constant light load to hip flexors and at the waist while letting the lower body fire at an almost maximal velocity with that light load. Can also be used for agility training by attaching the bungee to the swivel belt and removing the leg attachments for lateral movements. Medium (standard bungee), Heavy, and Very Heavy resistance.
