Returns Policy

JUMPUSA.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, exchange, or refund. In addition, Jumpsoles, Proprioceptors and Medicine Balls have a 1-Year Money Back Guarantee. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and/or personalization to your specific request. In this case, all efforts will be made to guarantee your satisfaction.


All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts. Items returned in new, ready to sell condition will receive a full and prompt store credit, exchange or refund excluding any shipping costs and applicable restocking fees. NOTE: Processing of returns can take between 2-4 weeks.


DVD’s and videos cannot be returned if seal is broken. DVD returns are only accepted on unopened packaging. Exchanges for faulty/defective DVD's will only be replaced with the exact same item, NOT a refund.


All apparel items must appear unworn and unused. Apparel items also must have tags still attached in order to receive a refund or replacement item.


Any orders that are refused upon delivery (for reasons other than damage), undeliverable or cancelled after being shipped will be subject to our return policy.


In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item, and we will send you the correct product, replacement product and/or parts at no cost to you. And, we will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error.



How to Return an Item:

Please review the copy of your invoice carefully.


If your invoice IS from JUMPUSA.com and the product you are returning DOES NOT state "Shipped from a separate warehouse", please send your return along with a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation of why you are returning the product to:

A 10%-25% restocking fee will also apply for returns of these items, plus original and return shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the appropriate warehouse, including any costs, arrangements for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please retain tracking information until you have been credited. We highly recommend using a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery so that the item is received in new condition.


Returning products to the wrong warehouse may incur additional restocking fees.


Returning for an exchange:

Any item returned for an exchange, the customer is responsible for ALL applicable shipping charges.


Credits:

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. In order to receive a full refund (minus shipping costs and restocking fees) the items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts.


Once we accept your return, the payment method used to place the order will be credited back the full purchase price minus any shipping charges and restocking fees if applicable. An email confirming your return and credit will be sent.


Some of our products are offered with "Free Shipping". If you return a product that has free shipping our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. "Free Shipping" only applies when you keep the item.


Please allow 7-10 business days from the time that the credit is issued for it to appear on your credit card statement. The length of time for the credit to appear is dependent on your credit card company and may take up to 1 - 2 billing cycles.


Please note: If a product is not in new condition (as described above) or does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.


Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or missing parts, please contact customer service at 800-586-7872 so that we can send the appropriate missing parts or replace the damaged item.


Holiday Returns:

In order to make your holiday shopping more flexible and convenient, JUMPUSA.com offers a 60-day return policy for items purchased from November 1 thru December 31.


Items must meet the above criteria, but may be returned within 60 days of delivery instead of the usual 30.


Gift or Gift Card Returns:

If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift card, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
